Affordable & Accessible Therapy options

Affordable online therapy in Colorado with flexible private pay options, including sliding scale full sessions and accessible 30-minute therapy sessions.
I believe that access to mental health care should not be limited by insurance coverage, financial barriers, or the ability to commit to traditional therapy session lengths. Because of this, I offer several private pay options designed to increase accessibility while ensuring that clients receive the level of support that best fits their needs.
All therapy services are provided virtually through secure telehealth sessions to clients who live in the state of Colorado.
Standard Therapy Sessions
My standard fee for a full-length therapy session (50–60 minutes) is $120 per session. Full-length sessions may be the most appropriate option for individuals seeking ongoing support, deeper therapeutic work, or treatment for more complex concerns.
For clients who would benefit from traditional session lengths but are experiencing financial hardship, a limited number of sliding scale appointments may be available. Sliding scale fees range from $60–100 per session, depending on financial need, availability, and clinical appropriateness.
Experiencing financial hardship? Reach out to schedule a 15-minute free consultation to discuss reduced rates.
30-Minute Mini sessions
For some individuals, shorter therapy sessions can provide a more affordable and flexible way to access support.
Clients interested in this option will first complete a 60-minute intake assessment at a reduced rate of $90 (regularly $120).
This initial appointment allows us to discuss your concerns, goals, and treatment needs while determining whether shorter sessions are likely to be beneficial and clinically appropriate for you.
If this format is determined to be a good fit, clients may schedule:
30-minute online therapy sessions: $45 per session
Up to two sessions per week, depending on clinical appropriateness and availability
These sessions may be a good fit for individuals who:
Are paying out of pocket due to limited or unavailable insurance coverage
Have insurance plans with limited mental health benefits
Have scheduling constraints that make traditional session lengths difficult
Benefit from shorter, more focused therapeutic support
Finding the Right Fit
My goal is to help make therapy both effective and accessible. During your initial appointment, we will work together to determine the session length, frequency, and fee structure that best supports your clinical needs, personal circumstances, and treatment goals.
Please note that 30-minute sessions may not be appropriate for all presenting concerns, treatment goals, or therapeutic approaches. Recommendations regarding session length and frequency are always made collaboratively and with your best interests in mind.
