Being a teenager today can be overwhelming. Between school, friendships, family expectations, extracurricular activities, social media, and planning for the future, many teens find themselves feeling anxious, stressed, or unsure of how to cope with everything they're carrying.
I provide online counseling and therapy for teens who may be struggling with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, or difficult experiences. Many of the teenagers I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and caring individuals who often put a lot of pressure on themselves. They may understand why they feel the way they do, but still find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected.
