I provide online counseling and therapy for teens who may be struggling with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, or difficult experiences. Many of the teenagers I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and caring individuals who often put a lot of pressure on themselves.
