Therapy for Colorado Educators Experiencing Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, and Workplace Stress
You Spend Your Days Supporting Everyone Else. Therapy Can Be a Place to Support You
Working in education can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be exhausting. Educators, including teachers, counselors, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, administrators, and other support staff, spend their days supporting students, managing challenging situations, meeting constant demands, and trying to balance it all with life outside of work. It’s not surprising to find yourself feeling burned out, emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or wondering how much longer you can keep up the pace.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and former school counselor in Colorado, I understand the unique challenges that come with working in schools. I have experience helping educators navigate burnout, compassion fatigue, workplace stress, difficult staff dynamics, and the emotional toll that can come from caring deeply about the people you serve. Having been there myself, I understand how easily the pressures of the job can begin to impact your well-being both at work and at home.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, frustrated by a difficult work environment, or simply struggling to find balance, therapy can provide a space that's focused on you. Together, we can explore what's contributing to your stress, strengthen coping strategies and boundaries, and help you reconnect with yourself outside of your role as an educator.
